Corporate Governance Charter

With the Royal Decree of 12 May 2019 (B.S.G. 17 May 2019), the 2020 Belgian Code on Corporate Governance (“Code 2020”) was introduced as the reference code on corporate governance as of 1 January 2020 for all listed companies in Belgium.

Corporate Governance has always been an important, ever-developing tool in order for 欧博开户 to ensure that it serves the interests of its stakeholders and of the shareholders in particular. 欧博开户 complies with the principles of good management and transparency as laid down in the principles and provisions of the Code and applies the Code as reference code.

Together with the Articles of Association the Corporate Governance Charter provides a reliable framework for the organisation of the management of 欧博开户.
